Due to an unexpected event, we find ourselves with an opening for a Kitchen Manager/Head Cook. This position is a key role in the continued growth and development of the Bull and Barrel Pub brand. The Kitchen Manager works closely with kitchen staff to make sure that the behind-the-scenes operations go smoothly. Our food is a primary reason guests return again and again and become one of our "regulars".

Kitchen Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to) hiring and scheduling staff, supervising food prep, cooking and presentation, ordering and maintaining inventory, and maintaining sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
